Music in the Valley

Folknet’s Music in the Valley at Hale Farm & Village
Saturday, July 12, 2025 & Sunday, July 13, 2025⋅10:00am – 4:00pm

As in the past, musicians should be granted free admission by following these guidelines (which this year include signing a code of conduct at the entrance):
1. All musicians must enter through the designated Folknet entrance (wherever the staff at Hale Farm & Village places that Folknet entrance) and sign in upon arrival.
2. Only musicians carrying their instruments will be granted complimentary admission. This may include singers with songbooks or dancers with appropriate footwear and boards.
3. All other guests must pay general admission through the Gatehouse.

There will also be a Folknet General Membership meeting at 3:00 PM on Saturday near the musician’s entrance. Folknet members, prospective members, and those just interested in finding out more are welcome to come by that short meeting.

Folknet members are invited to join us with an instrument for jam and song circles throughout the grounds.

Music has long been a cherished tradition at the Hale Family homestead, and we’re thrilled to continue this legacy with our Music in the Valley Folk & Wine Festival!
